VITNiTTES OF THE R76GULAR MEETING
PARK BOARD
Village of Golden Valley
December - 1976
On December 12, 1956 the Golden Valley Village Park Board
met in regular session in the council chambers of the
village hall. Present were Stockman, Gustafson and Ostroot.
I,inutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
t7r. Corwine, landscape architect, was invited to appear to
present a progress report on his survey. His comprehensive
report indicates that he has completed much of the work
necessary and has cooperated withlthe village offices and
the staff in rr. Doell's office to give us a much better
study than would oth-:r-aise be possible. A further report
will be made at our January meeting.
!,,:'B'C that plans submitted byT'r. Corvine for construction of
hockey rink be adopted and contract awarded to local firm
for tonstructi_on.
FISC that hockey goals be purchased for Lilian Seeman Park
and Lions Club Park on bid from Crowley Fence Co.
The next regular meeting will be held on January 17, 1957.
