Section 7.lo: Issuance of Permit; Conditions
Subdivision 1. Permit Issuance
If an applicant has satisfied the requirements of this Chapter, the City Manager or
his/her designee may issue a permit.
Subdivision 2. Conditions
The City Manager or his/her designee may impose reasonable conditions upon the
issuance of the permit and the performance of the applicant thereunder to protect
the health, safety and welfare of the public or when necessary to protect the right-
of-way and its current use.
Subdivision 3. Record Drawings Required
As a condition of a right-of-way permit, a permittee automatically agrees to provide
construction record drawings for the facilities installed under the permit. The
construction record drawings shall be prepared in accordance with the requirements
of the City and as outlined in the mapping requirements portion of this Chapter.
