Section 5.03: Renewal License Applications
Applications for renewal of all licenses under this Chapter shall be made at least
sixty (60) days prior to the date of expiration of the license, and shall contain such
information as is required by the City. The City may refuse to renew the license of a
person who is disqualified under any other section of the City Code.
