Section 25.07: Gas Franchise
Ordinance No. 613, adopted January 3, 1984, grants franchise to Minnegasco, Inc.,
for a term ending June 30, 2003.
Ordinance No. 279, 2nd Series, adopted May 20, 2003, grants franchise to
CenterPoint Energy Minnesgasco, for a term ending May 20, 2023. This franchise
supersedes and replaces previous franchises granted to the Company or its
predecessors.
Ordinance No. 492, 2nd Series, adopted January 2, 2013, implementing a Gas
Energy Franchise Fee on Centerpoint Energy Minnesota Gas for providing Gas
Energy Service within the City of Golden Valley, Minnesota
