The meeting was called<.to order by the president John Enghauser,
Commissioner Hans Reiss present. Commissioner Al Blasing absent.
Also sitting in on the meeting by request were the Village Manager, Roger
Ulstad and the (thief of Police Everett Frandsen,

The meeting was called for the purpose of.reviewing the status of police
officer Alois Stein, because of recent action taken against his salary checks.
The Village Manager and the Chief presented the picture,since the last time this
officers problem was discussed and up to date.
Since October 1959 and up to date seven papers of garnishment have bean served
on the Village for this officer, and a total of four in the month of June 1960,
The Commission agreed that in order to bring this situation to a climax, a
meeting with officer Stein would be held in the near future, at which time a
decision of problems existing., and future problems would have to be made.
This meeting will be held with the requested attendance of both the Village
Manager and the Chief of Police.
The president declared the meeting adjoined.
