The meeting was called to complete the eligibility roster for
Police Lieutenant.. Since personnel matters were dis.cussedx the
meeting was closets. The meeting was called to oreder at 7:40 pm.
The chairman read.the report from the psychological consultant.
Dr.. Flint met and tested all candidates. No candidate was
disqualified.
The. Department of ' PuLlic Safety completed background i.nves>tigat3.onso
and no.candidate was; disqualified.
The commission reviewed exam scores. As requested by him,, five
points, for veteran's preference were: added to the score of
Richard Lang.,
A motion was made to,accept the Eligibility Roster for Lieutenant.

A motion was made to certify to the Village Manager the first
three names on the: roster.
