Police Aqent
Being proposed as an assigned position and will not be a
civil service position. No further action required by the
commisaion.
Police Serqeant
Commissioner Heck*nan will develop a proposed. testing procedure
for Sergeant ' s position for the next meeting,
Lateral Entry
Attorney Barnard has responded to the letter received from
office of the Assistant Attorney General of the state of
Minnesota. The response included information brought forth
at the Oct�ber 18, 1973 meeting. The commission will continue
to wait for an official opinion from the Attorney General.
Next Meetinq
The next meeting will be Wednesday, December 12, 1973 at
7 :30 P.M.
Executive Session
Commission held a session ta discuss disciplinary action of a
police officer.
Meeting was adjaurn.ed at 8 :43 P.M.
