In 2020, the City will have a compensation study outlining specific jobs and salaries for those
jobs based on similar positions throughout the State of Minnesota. Due to COVID-19, staff
recommended the study results should start in 2021. The $50,000 was moved into 2021 as a
contingency and will be transferred to those divisions that have positions that need to be
adjusted.
