Meeting called to order by the phairman(Paul A. Seeman).
Members pre,gent:Frandsen,Seeman,Reise,Johnscn
Members absent:Engelbretemn.
Minutes of previous meeting read.There being no corrections or objections
minutes declared accepted as read.
The first reading of a proposed trailer ordinance was given at
this meeting.
Lotion by Reiss seconded by Frandsen to grant building permits to
Laura: Mi4ller,Chas. Davis,Geo.Reggin and V.M.Aright.
Frandsen,Seeman,Reiss,Johnson,(yes).
Moticft by Reiss sevonded by Johnson to advertise for bids for
material for the bridge to be builded on "D" Street.
Frandsen,Seeman,Reisss and Johnson(yew).
Trustee Frandsen brot up the matter of the franchise with the
Northern States dower Co. for discussion. A discuedon followed with
Mr.Alfred Brown speaking for the signing of the (24) year franchiae
and the Chairma,n,Mr.Paul A. Seeman upholding the position of the
council that the Villase should be able to Dare the present
franchise ascended to allow the new rate schedule to take effect.
