Minutes of the previous meeting read. There being no corrections cr
objections, minutes declared accepted as read.
Motion by Engelbretson seconded. by Johnson to refer application for
vacating the west one half of Franve Avenue between Wayzata Boulevard
and Douglas Avenue in Tyrol Hills to the 'Tanning Commission for
recommendations to the council.

Motion by Engelbretson seconded by Frandsen that Frank I�zrsch be hired
as janitor for the year 1938 at $75.00 per year.
Seeman, Reiss, Frandsen, Engelbretson and Johnson (yes).
Motion by Engelbretson seconded by Johnson to retain Mr. Edelman as
village attorney for the Year I938 at $35.00 per Month.

Motion by Johnson seconded by Engelbretson to hire Leonard 31ee as
road overseer for 1938 at $.75 per hour.
