Meeting called to order by the chairman (Paul A. Seeman).
Members present: Seeman, Frandsen, Reiss, Engelbretson & Johnson.
Minutes of the previous meeting read. There being no corrections or
objections, minutes declared accepted as read.
Motion by Johnson seconded by Reiss to acoept recommendation of the
planning commission for the vacating of the; West -one `half of :France
Ave from Wayzata Blvd. to Douglas Ave. in Tyrol Hills.
Seeman,Reiss, Frandsen, and Johnson (yes).
Motion by Engelbretson seconded by Johnson to refer communication
by Lamson.Secy of the State Board of investment) regarding interest
due on bonds to the attorney for attention. Mr Edelmen and chairman
Seeman to contact Mr. Lamson to sec ghat can be done about refunding
bonds.

officer for the Year 1938.

Motion by Engelbretson seconded by Frandsen to set the clerks
salary at $100.00 for I938.

office of the Northwestern National and the North Side office of the
First National Bank as depositories for the village.
