Minutes of the previous meeting read. There being no corrections or
objections, minutes declared accepted as read.
Mctift by Reiss, seconded by Frandsen to grant building permit to
T. C. Cook and Edna Lissom.
Frandsen, Reiaa, Seeman, and Johnson (yes).
Motion by Johnson seconded by Reiss to refer petition for the
vacating of Ann Avenue in the Massolt Gardens plat to the Planning
Commission for recommendations to the council.
Frandsen, Seeman, Reiss, and Johnson (yea).
Motion by Johnson seconded by Frandsen to pay $2.75 per hour for
snow glowing with truck.This scale to be retroactive to Jan. I8,I938.

Motion by Reiss -,.,seconded by Johnson to purchase a first aid kit and
a fire extinguisher for the Police Department.
