There being no objections or corrections, minutes declared accepted as read. lotion by Engelbretson seconded by Johnson to adopt the follfting resorlut ient, "PHEREAS a majority of the owners o f land abutting on the West tine -half (wi ) of France Avenue between Wayzata Boulevard and Douglas, Avenue in the Village of Golden Valley, Minnesota, as laid out in the plat of Tyrol Hills, according to the map er plat theredf on file and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hennepin County, Minnesota, having petitioned for a vacation of said street, and "HWEREAS, the granting of said petition appears to be in the public interest, and "WHEREAS, it appears that one week'$ publiehed notice of the hearing to be had can said petition has been given and pceted notice of said bearing has also been given, #NOW. THEREFORE`, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village �....M,`.� of ^olden Valley, Minnesota, that the Weat one-half (wj) of France Avenue between Wayzata Boulevard' and Douglas Avenue in the Village of Golden Valley, Minneepta, be, and the same is, hereby vacated."
