May, I938, was duly submitted to tke qualified electors tkereof. TX* vote was by ballot, and was cast in a special ballot box. Tke referendum election was 1stflly conducted and after tke close tkereof tke ballots cast tkereat was duty counted and canvassed;- 31 anvassed; 31 Now, Tkerefore, Be It Resolved by tke Village council of tke Village of Golden Valley, Minnesota, tkst tke report of tke election board skewing 487 ballots cast at said election, of wkick 345 were in favor of said propositiou and I00 opposed tkersto, be kereby certified. Tke notion on tke above resolution was seconded by Frandsen and tke roll call was; Frandsen, Seeman, Reiss, and Jokneon (yes). Motion by Frandsen seconded by Reise .to reject application of C. W. Woolley for an on sale 3.2 beer license. Frandsen, Seeman, Reiss and Jokneon (yes). Motion by Feiss seconded by Frandsen to suspend rules to perfait. action on a proposed amendment to tke kard liquor ordinance. -- Frandsen, Seeman, Reiss, and Jokneon (yes).
