Motion by Engelbretson seconded by Johnson to accept the
recommendation of the Planning Commiseicn waiving the side
yard requirements on lot #389 and #2*90 in the Belmont AdditiQm.
Seeman, Raise, Engelbretson and Johnson (yes).
