Meeting called to order by the chairman (P'eu4-i A. Seeman).
Members present: Seeman,Frandsen, Reiss, Engelbretson and Johasa a.
Minutes of the previous meeting read, There being so corrections
or objections minutes declared accepted as read.
Motion by Engelbretson seconded by Reiss to table correspondence
from the County 8ommissionere office in reference to the
relief setup for Rural Hennepin County.
Frandsen, Seeman, Reiss, Engelbretson and Jkhnson (yes).
Motion by Engelbretson seconded by Johnson to adopt the report
*a tax delinquent property as submitted by Seeman and commending
hire for developing the idea of submitting a bill to the legislature
that would allow the individual political sub-divisioas to sell
tax delinquend property that lay within their boundary.
Seeman, Reiss, Frandsea,Engelbretson an d Johnson (yes).
Motion by Johnson seconded by Engelbretson to, aocept the
recommendation of the planning commission a special building permit
be granted for lot # 19 block # I9 and lot # II Block # 3
Winnetka Addition in order to comply with the side yard
requirments of the building ordinance.
Seeman, Frandsen, Reiss, Engelbretson and Johnson (yes).
Motion by Johnson seconded by Frandsen granting the Calhoun Gun
Club a shooting permit.
Frandsen, Seeman, Reiss, Engelbretson and phnso&- (yes).
Motion by Eagelbretson seconded by Johnson authorising chairman
Seeman to have bulletin boards made and placed in various places
within the Village.

Motion by Engelbretson seconded by Johnson to adjourn was so
ordered.
