Meeting called to order by the chairman ( Paul A. Seeman
Members present: Seeman, Frandsen, Reiss, Engelbretscn, Wilson.
Minutes of,the__previ.ovs meeting read. There being no corrections
or objection , minutes declared accepted as read.
Mr. Seeman being unable to contact Mr Carrell, who is very ill;
declared that the Council members submit names of read engineers
at the next meeting.
Motion by Frandsen seconded by Engelbretson to adjourn was so orderd.
