Meeting called to order by the chairman ( Paul A. Seeman )
Members present: Seeman, Frandsen, Engelbretson, Filson.
Menbers absent : Reiss.
Minutes of the previous meeting read. There being no corrections
or objection, minutes declared accepted as read,
Motion by Engelbretson seconded by Milson that Mr. Edelman file
an answer to the summons and complaint by Geo, Vollmer Co. against
the Village of Golden Valley challenging the consitutionality of
the Building and Zoneing Ordenance and to take action necessary
to bring the case to a successful conclusion.

Motion by Engelbretson seconded by Milson that the chairman appoint
a Committee of three to investigate the needs for new village road
equipement.

The Committee aicpointed consisted of Engelbretson, Reiss, and Leonard
pies.

letters to the Chairmen of the House Election Committee and the
Senate Election Committee, ur=-ing them to suprort a Bill where
by a permanent voters registration system be estabished in this
village, and that the Clerk write letters to Senator Miller. and
Represenitive Hartkopf asking then; to support the permanent voters
registration r -e 4Q%-x&-t4®---q-system bill, and also the Bill permitting
J.,unicipalities to acquire 'Lands that have gone to the State for
delinquent.tax.
