Meeting was called to order by the chairman Pau1.A. Seeman.
Members present: Seeman, Reiss, Nilson Member absent Frandsen.
Minutes of the previous meeting read. There being no corrections
or objections m -in Utes accented as read.
Motion by Reiss seconded by Milson to grant Clarence Johson a special
building permit for Lot 4 of Block 3 ,Delphian Heights Addition.

Motion by Wilson seconded by Reiss that the road forman purchase
and install window screens and door screens on the Village Hall.

Motion by Reiss seconded by Wileon to approiate twenty five dollars
to the Hen.nipen County Fair Assn.

Motion by Reiss seconded by Wilson that the following notice be
published and posted:
Notice is hereby given:That on the 1st day of August,1939
at 8:00 P.M,, at the Village Hall in the Village of Golden
Valley, Minnesota, the Village Council of said Village 4=z 11
meet to consider and act upon the vacating and discontinuance
of a portion of South Tyrol Trail in Tyrol Hills Addition
between France Avenue South and the intersec+icn of Brenner Pasp
as prayed for in the petition by the owners of the lands
fronting upon and adjoining said street.

Motion by Reiss seconded by Wilson that the W.P.A. forman be authoriet
to hire a truck at the regular W.P.A, livages.

bids on 750 feet more or less of 18" cul�rerte. Sealed bldg to be
received and opened at the Aug.l meeting.
