Meeting called to order by the chairman Paul A. Seeman.

The chairman called attention to the fact that blueprints had been
oresented to the Council showing changes in the course and elevations of

in Golden Valley. He stated that th&se blueprints had been pr -cared

iLTemorial Hi hway. A representative of the State Highway Commission
was present who went over the blueprints with the Council. This
representative requested that the standard for -

be adopted by the Council at this meeting so that work could im ediate'

Stat- and Federal authori'; ies kre attached to each.

certificates attached to the said blueprints,embodying the authorizatio-mW
