Meeting called to order by the chairman, Paul A. Seeman.
Members present: Seeman, Frandsen, Reiss, Tolg, Wilson.
Minutes of the previous meeting read. There being no corrections or objections,
minutes accepted as read.
Motion by Tolg, seconded by Reiss, that we table the bids on 180 culverts until
the neat regular meeting.

Motion by Tolg, seconded by Reiss, that a special meeting be held Monday,
August 21, 1939.

Motion by Reiss, seconded by Frandsen, to adjourn was so ordered.
