Special Meeting.
Meeting called to order by the chairman, Paul A. Seeman.

Members present: Seeman, Tolg, Wilson. 1
Members absent: Frandsen, Reiss.
Motion by Tolg, seconded by Milson, to adopt the following resolution:
WHEREAS, a petition has been filed to grade, pave, or otherwise improve Meadow
Lane Avenue from Fourth Avenue North to the intersection of Glenwood Avenue, in Golden
Valley, Hennepin County, Minnesota, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the requisite number of owners of property
abutting upon said streets have signed said petition, and
WHEREAS, notice of hearing of said petition has been duly published two successive
weeks in the Robbinsdale Post (formerly known as the Hennepin County Enterprise),
Robbinsdale, Minnesota, the last publication being at least seven days prior to the date
set for hearing, and
WHEREAS, said petition came on for hearing on August 21, 1939, at the time and place
specified in said notice of hearing, and
WHERFAS, at said time the Council heard all persons desiring to be heard in reference
to said petition, and
WHEREAS, said hearing was concluded and the Village Council of Golden Valley,
Minnesota, does hereby determine to make the improvements specified in the petition, to -wit%:
To grade, pave, or otherwise improve Meadow Lane Avenue from Fourth Avenue North
to the intersection of Glenwood Avenue, In Golden Valley, Hennepin County, Minnesota;
AND DOFS HEREBY ORDER, that plans and specifications therefor be made by Albert
Graber, Engineer and fil d with the Village Recorder,

Motion by Tolg, seconded by Wilson, to adopt the following resolution:

of West Tyrol Hills, Hennepin County, Minnesota, a platted addition located in the Village
of Golden Valley, Minnesota, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the requisite number of owners of property
abutting upon streets in said addition have signed said petition, and
WHEREAS, notice of hearing of said petition has been duly published two successive
weeks in the Robbinsdale Post ;formerly known as the Hennepin County Enterprise),
Robbinsdale, Minnesota, the last publication being at least seven days prior to the date
set for hearing, and
WHEREAS, said petition came on for hearing on August 21, 1939, at the time and
place specified in said notice of hearing, and
WBEBEAS, at said time the Council heard all persons desiring to be heard in
reference to said petition, and
WHEREAS, said hearing was concluded and the Village Council of Golden Valley,
Minnesota, does hereby determine to make the improvements specified in the petition,
to -wit:
To pave, grade or otherwise improve the streets of Tyrol Hills, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, a platted addition;
AND DOES HEREBY ORDER, that plans and specifications therefor be made by Albert
Graber, Engineer, and filed with the Village Recorder.

Motion by Tolg, seconded by Wilson, to adjourn was so ordered.
