Special meeting
.eeting called to order by the chairman Paul A.Seeman.
Members present Seaman, Frandsen, Reiss. Tolg, Filson
Motion by Tolg seconded by Reiss that we despense with the reading
of the minutes of the last meeting.
Seeman, Frandsen, Reiss, Toig, Gilson ( Yes)
lotion by Tolg seconded by Frandsen that we accept the plat of the
Glen Urban addition suoject to the village engineer's specifications
and the filing of Deed Stating restrictions.
Seeman, Frandsen, Reiss, Tolg, VIVilson ( Yes }
kotion by 7olg seconded by Reiss that the appointments to the Golden
Valley Planning Commission be conferred. Resolved that the following
are hereby appointed to serve on the Golden Valley Planning
Commission for the term of from January 1,1939 to January 1, 1942
C.F.Yyitt, Ben Stewart) Dr.Sylvester Koontz, Paul A.Seeman and John
Gaffney, Be it futher resolved that the clerk mail to each of the
above mentioned persons written communication notifying they. of
their appointment, and that the secretary of the Golden Valley
Planning Commission be mailed a copy of this resolution.

Co. permit to erect poles as requested.

was read.

and that a notice of hearing. be published ,and that date:.ofhearing

A petition from the property owners in Delphian Heights in regard
to a dumping ground along Zenith Ave.extending froil the Park limits
to the worth was read.
Motion by Frandsen seconded by Reiss to lay this matter over until
the next regular meeting.
