Meeting called to order by the chairman Raymond T Raskop.

.Kinutes of the previous meeting read. There being no corrections or
objections, minutes were accepted as read.
A Treasures report was read and placed on file.
A report froru the Village Attorney in regard to duups was given.
Lotion by Tolg seconded by Reiss to reject application of Mr Beyer
to operate a dump at 19th Ave. and Glenwood Parkway, and the Clerk
returned money to applicant.

Lotion by Wilson seconded by Frandsen that the Clerk furnish a copy
of the inventory of all village equipment to each member of the council.

Resolved that the President be authorized to appoint a. Read
Committee, which shall have supervision of all road tools and
equiDment,shall direct snow removal operations, and shall have
power to investigate and make recommendations to the council on
all matters affecting road maintenance) improvement) extension,
and safety. The President appointed fir Francleen,chairman and

Motion by Tolg seconded by Reiss that a date for hearing on the pro-

A report iron: the Committee investigating the proposed opening of
the south half of Leadow Lane Ave was read.

study and de -relopments are made.

ivotion by Tolg seconded by Frandsen to adopt the following resolution
Resolved that the president be authorized to appoint a Committee on
Lunicipal and Civic Relations whose duty it shall be to maintain
contact with State, County, and Irunicipal bodies and officials
having to do with matters of Taxation, Relief, Surplus Commodities,
Governmental Organization, and the like, to the end that this
committee shall represent the village at meetings of these officials
and organizations and make such reports and recommendations to the
council as may be appropriate under the circumstances.
The president appointed Mr. Reiss chairman and Mr. Tolg a member/
