The Meeting was called to order bty the Chairman Raymond T, Raskop

Members absent Tolg.
Motion by 'rilson seconded by Reiss that the question " Shall the
Police Civil Service Commission Be AbIlished" be submited to voters
at the Village Election to be held Bec.3,1940.

Motion by Reiss seconded bjs Frandsen that the next regular council
meeting be held Dec.4,1940

-motion by Wilson seconded by Reiss that the Council purchase an Oil
Burner Unit for the Village Hall at a price of -""Q91.00

Motion by Wilson seconded Reiss that the Council pumchase an Oil
burner Tank and have oil burner unit installed for $66.00

Motion by Reiss seconded by Frandsen to adjourn was so ordered
