RN IT RESOLPED by the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley, Minnesota, that the Council has investigated the necessary facts in order to determine, and does hereby find, determine, and declare that the petition heretoPore presented to the Comioil for the construction of culverts and drains in the following streets, all in Clenurban and (,lenurban 2nd. Addition of the VillaF a of golden Valley, namely: ;"'6stwood Drive, Janalyn Road, Glenorest Road, Meadow Lane, and Park View 'Terrace, has been signed by mors than the required percentage of the owners of real property abutting; on said improvement in accordance with the provisions of thapter 392, Laws of Minnesota for 1925, and amendments thereto. BE IT FJRTHER RESOLVED that said petition shall be referred to a competent emin cer who shall report thereon to the Council with all convenient speed.
