The meeting was called to order by the chairman Raymond T.Raskop.
Members present Raskop, Frandsen, Reiss, Busch
Member absent Wilson
"inutes of the last Cbuncil meeting were read and approved.
A treasurer report was read and placed on file.
A building inspectors report was read and placed on file.
A ;".P.A. report was given by Arvid Johnson.

Mr. Frandsen, chairman of the road committee gave a report on the
Mendalson Road and suggested that the County be contacted. The
nresident offered to call the County Commissioners.
A report from the Civil Service Commission is to be expected soon..
Plans for a cement Block factory was submitted to the Council.
Motion by Frandsen.seconded by Busch that a permit be issued subject
to the approval of the Planning Commission.

The ClerL was instructed to check over the Inventory of Village
Equipment and report back to the Council at its next meeting.
A report from _;r. Barch was given in regard. to toe a: retaining wall.
This matter was referred to the Viliage Attorney ;

eonsiderin each of said petitions and take action in reference to the
matter and the Village Clerk is hereby directed to give notive of said

shall be published two successive weeks, the last publishtdon at least

was referred to the Village Attorney.
All doctors and Hospital bills fere referred to the Village Attorney
The matter of placing a culvert and cutter to convert water off the
Juno property was referred to the Village Attorney and the Chairman of
the Road Committee.
Lotion by Frandsen seconded by Busch to adopt the following resolution
Resolved By the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley,
County of Hennepin and State of jinn that the alleys in Block 13 and 14
of Bogan Green and Extending from 4th to 6 th Ave., as shown on the'Pla.t
of Bogan Green be and hereby are vacated.
