Special meeting of the Council was called by the President Ra.skop.
on May 12 at 8 P.k.
kembers present Raskop, Frandsen Reiss Busch rilson
Discussing was had concering the purchase of certain road equipment.
After through discussing of various road machinery and equipment
ivir. Frandsen moved that the Council lease and rent certain road
equipment and discribed as Caterpillar #112 kptmr Grader with Diesil
:Engine at a monthly rental or lease price to be corm uted at a later
date with the option on the part of the Village Council to -purchase
said equipment outright at a ;orice to be co_Amted later when it is
determined what attachments are necessary and desirable to the Villg
It being fully understood that all money paid by the Village as
rentalfor this equipment is to be applied upon the ourchase price
of said equipment in the event the Village Council desires to
exerise said option and purchase said equipment outwright
The above motion was seconded by Reiss
Raskop, Frandsen Reiss Busch Gilson (YES)
Motion by Reiss seconded by Busch to adjourn was so ordered.
