The meeting was called to order by the Chairman Raymond T.Raskop.
`<embers present Raskop, Frandsen, Reiss, Busch And Wilson.
Minutes od the last regular Council meeting were read and approved.
A treasurers report was re -,,d and placed on file.
kr. Pence asked the Council to accept the following roads in the
Trai W Addition : WINDY DRAW,SKI HILL ROAD, AND HUGHS AVE.
Motion by Frandsen seconded by Reiss that these three roads in the
Traily Addition be accepted.

Lotion by Reiss seconded by Busch that the Clerk be and hereby is direcid
to prepare and cause to be inserted in the official newspaper of the
Village and in the Improvement Bulletin an advertisement for bids
upon the laying of cobble stone cutters in the Glen Urban and Glen
Urban 2nd Addition, in accordance with such approved plans and
snecifications on file with the Clerk,which said notice shall Ball
for bids upon the basis of cash for the work and state that the bids
be opened and considered by the Council on the 15th Day of July,1941,
at 8 o'clock P.M.

Motion by Frandsen seconded by Busch that these bids be referred to
the Glen Urban road Committee for furthar concideration and that they
report back to the Council at there next regular meeting.

Letters from the Planning Commission were read and placed on file.
Meton by Reiss seconded by Frandsen that the Council appronreate
$50.00 to the Planning Commission for supplies and materials for the
making of a map of the Village showing existing streets.

The Village attornfry was instructed to prepare a prosposed a.dmend.ment
to the Zoning Ordance in regard to sideyard requirements, and present
it at the next Council Meeting,

The probleir: of a traffic hazard being created at the Driving Tee on
yiayzata Blvd and _iVinnetka was referred to Captain Mc Ginnis.
Letters frofa &r. Caufipbell and fir L.olan were read and played on file.
Motion by Frandsen seconded by Reiss that the Road$ Committee's in
Tyrol Hills and West Tyrol Hills be authorized to contact Mr. Chard
in regard to a tr,ffic hazard'on 'Wayzata Blvd, and that they work out
a satisfactory solution.

regulating all traffic violations in the Village of Golden
Valley, minnesota, which may come within any of the provisions
