The meeting was called to order by the chairman Raymond T. Raskon
Lembers present Raskop, Frandsen, Reiss, Busch,and Nilson
linutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
A Treasurers report was reed and ordered place on file.
Legal notice of hearing .on vacating that portion of Leander Road in
Tralee Addition was read. No objection to the vacating,the following
resolution prevailed.

fronting public streets as follows:
That certain portion of beander Road as laid out and dedicated in
the plat of Tralee, Golden Valley, Quinn. described as follows:
Beginning at the S.E. corner of Lot 11 Block 2, in said Trailee;
thence southwesterly along the southeastly line of said Lot l,a,
distance of 41.35 feet; thence southwesterly on a tangential curve
to the left with a radius of 187.23 feet, a distance of 73.91 feet
thence westerly on a. tangential curve to the right with a radius of
179.86 feet, a distance of 75.94 feet; t -deuce westerly and northwesterly
on a tangential curve to the right with a radius of 20.66 feet,a
distance of 23.64 feet, more or less, to the most Southerly corner
of said Lot 1, thence northeasterly along the Southeasterly line of said
Lot 1 to the ooint of beginning.
has been duly filed with the Village Councila d said Council has suet
at the time and place specified in a notice em a copy of said
petition, duly published and posted and has heard all interested _ersons,
and it appears in the interest of the public that said portion of said
street be vacated# now therefore Be It Resovled by the Village Counciil
of the Village of Golden Valley that the street as described above as
the same is now dedicated and laid out va;ithia the corporate limits of
said Village be hereby vacated.

suggested that the Council repealtwo ordinances

The Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley ddbrda,in
as follows:
Section 1. Those two certain ordinances entitled as follows:
An Ordinance Concerning the Issuance of Bldg. Permits, passed Sept.2,1924
and Sent.16,10_24and
An ordinance providing for the hianner of conducting Village Elections
in the Village of Golden Valley and providing for the use of the So called
Australion Ballot System" and Penalties for the Violation.
Thereof and duties of candidates and Registration Days, passed Jan.6,1925
be and the same hereby are a a eel (
Section 2. This ordenance shall take effect and be in forte
from and after its passage.
