Pursuant to due call and notice therof „ a special meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of 4olden Valley/, Minn. was held at the Village Hall in said
Village on the 26th day of Pec.1941 at "P.M,
the following members were present RaskoD, Frandsen Reiss Busch Wilson
The meeting was called to order by the Chairman Raymond T.Raskop,
Flans and specifications for a new equipment Garage were presented to the Council
by the Bldg Inspector, Swan Erickson
b -lotion by Frandsen seconded by Reiss to adopt the following resolution;
Be it nesolved by the Village Council of the Village of Gclden Valley that after
due consideration and deliberation it is deemed necessary that the a Village
Garage be erected in the rear of the Village Hall
B e it further resolved that the bldg Inspector be and he hereby is instructed to
have blueprints made of the preliminary plans which have been presented and are
hereby approved and presentt"`� aid blueprintd to Arvid Johnson for the purperse of
securing approval and cooperation in said Garage project on the part of P.P.A.

Notion by Reiss seconded by Busch that the bid from Harrison & Smith Co. for
the Printing of 1000 Ordinances Books at $150.00 and 1500 Zoneing Ordinance books at
$69.00 and 1500 Bldg Ordinance Books at $52.00 be accepted.

Motion by Frandsen seconded by Reiss to adjourn was so ordered
