The meeting was called t9 order by the chairman Raymond T. Raskop.
Members present Raskop, Frandsen Busch and Wilson
Member absent Reiss
Minutes of the Council meeting held Jan 20th were read.
Motion by Frandsen seconded by Busch that the minutes stand approved
with the exception of the resolution beginning as follows:
Whereas: A certain resolution has been presented to the County Board
of Hennepin County(etca)

A letter from the Planning Commission was read and ordered placed onfile
The chairman appointed Mr Arvid Johnson,,&r. Clasen Sherers Mrs Geo.
Crandall, Mr Donald Furen, Ir. Herman Russell) and Mr. Al Martinson
members of the planning Commission and asked conformatio4 by the
Council
Motion by Frandsen seconded by Busch that the appointments be confirmed*

permit to erect poles as requested.

The chairman instructed the members of the Bldg Committee to make a
survey of the Village hall uses in the surronding Villages, and that
they make a report at the next council meeting.
Motion by Wilson seconded by Frandsen to adjourn was so ordered.
