The meeting was called to order by the chairman, Raymond T. Raskop.
Members present — Raskop, Frandsen Reiss, Busch,
Members abscent Filson.
Motion by Frandsen seconded by Busch that Homberger and Co. be notified
that the Billage terminated the Forkmens Compensation Insurance as of
March I7, 1942.

Motion by Reiss seconded by Frandsen
thru Mr. Hensler.

that all Village insurance be placed
Motion by Reiss seconded by Busch that the decision and Memorandem of
Judge Montgomery be placed on file with the clerk and made a part of
the minutes of this meeting.

The question of posting roads, prohibiting heavy trucks was referred to
the road committee.
Mr. Frandsen, a member of the license committee, reported that Pete and
Ernies Tavern was more or less O.K. except for drainage.
A petition to keep the Tavern open was presented and names read.
People heard in favor of granting a license to Pete and Earnies were:
Mrs. Balfanz Mrs. Troutmiller
Mr. Barrett Mr. Justin
Pete and Ernie Anderson Mr. Balfanz
People heard against granting a license to Pete and Ernie were:
Mrs. Collins Mr. Bussell
Motion by Reiss seconded by Frandsen that a 3.2 license be granted to
Leonard Anderson.

Motion by Reiss seconded by Busch that the council resolve to accept
the Nob Hill Plat as presented by Mr. mood, subject to his filing a
bond to complete a road. the bond to be approved by the Village
attorney and subject to filing of a copy of this resolution with the
Register of Deeds.
