Members absent: Frandsen Minutes of the council meeting April 21,1942 were read. Motion by Busch seconded by Reiss that the minutes be approved as read. Motion by Reiss seconded by Busch that the first reading of an ordinance to provide for the numbering of houses and buildings in the Village of Golden Valley be given.
