The meeting was called to order by President Raskop with the following members present:
Dodge: $1,240
240 allowance on the old car
600 insurance on the old. car
Pontiac: $1,264
275 allowance on the old car
600 insurance on the old car
DeSoto: $1,395
450 allowance on the old car
600 insurance on the old car
The bid of the Broadway Motor Sales being the low net bid it was moved by Reiss, and
seconded by Frandsen, that it be accepted, dark blue being specified as the color.
Roll call: Raskop, Reiss, Busch, Frandsen, Yes. Notion carried.
It was moved by Frandsen and seconded by Busch that Officer McGinnis be instructed to
deliver to each non -intoxicating malt beverage licensee a copy of the new ordinance
prohibiting the sale of near beer by such licensees. Roll call: Raskop, Reiss, Busch,
Frandsen, Yes. Notion carried.
Motion by Reiss seconded by Frandsen to adjourn. Roll call: Raskop, Reiss, Busch,
Frandsen, Yes. Notion carried. Meeting adjourned.

Reiss was appointed clerk to keep the minutes in
the absence of Milson.
The President presented bids on a new police car
from the Jones Motor Company for a
Dodge, from the Hansford
Motor Company for a Pontiac, and from the Broadway Motor Sales
for a DeSoto. Bids were
as follows.,
