Motion by Frandsen seconded by Reiss that the minutes be approved as read. Ra.skop, Frandsen Reiss Busch Wilson (YES) Minutes of the special Council meeting held July 10,1942 were read. Motion by Busch seconded by Reiss that the minutes be corrected to read that before purchasing said fire equipment, it should be tested by the underwriters to receive there specifications so that Golden Valley receives a Class 9 rateing. Motion by Reiss seconded by Frandsen that the Clerk bf instructed to advertise for bids on Fire Sirensto. Golden Valley a class 9 rating. Bids to be opened at the neeRt louncil meeting. Motion by Reiss seconded by Busch that the Milk Tax ordenance be approved as read and a first reading be given.
