Pursuant to due call and notice thereof; a Special meeting of
the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley was held ay the
Village Hall in said Village on the 28th day of July 1942 at 3 Oclock
P.M.
The following members were prosalt Raskopx Frandsen Reiss Busch Wilso
The meeting was called to order by the chairman Raymond T.Raskop
Motion by Frandsen seconded by Busch that the July 18th resignation
from Arvid Johnson) as road commissioner be accepted.
Raskopp Frandsen Weiss Busch Wilson. (YES)
An application for road Commissioner was read.
Motion by Reiss seconded by Wilson that Arno Denzin be appointed
to fill the unexpired 1942 term of Arvid Johnson as road commissioner

Motion by Busch seconded by Frandsen that the clerk be instructed to
Arvid Johnson thanking him for his good work and consideration given
the Village during the past* years*
