Members present Raskop, Frandsen Reiss, Busch and Wilson.
Minutes of the Council meeting held Aug. 18,1942 were read
Motion by Frandsen seconded by Busch that the minutes stand approved
as read.

A Treasurerss report was read and ordered placed on file.
The Road Commissioner reported that the Village Hall needed rain
water leaders. After a short discusstug the matter was tabled
until the next Council Meeting.
The clerk read a;.letter from Mr. John '4ittenberg,asking the i ldlath
to build an alley in Delphain Heights. Bald istiber was referrva za r

The Clerk read a leeter from Mr. Henry HaliaalR.y „ is which he
tendered his resignation as Justiae of the Peace of the Village
of Golden Valley

Motion by Frandsen seconded by Wilson that the appointment to fill
the unexpired term of Justice of the Peace be tabled.

Mr. Kant, the Village Attorney ,presentd to the Council am---a-IL*lw
by the clorkIrelease from the 3rd Natth Western Nat'l Bank of the assigment
of the account of the Village of Goiddn Valley to Bonander Co.
Mr.. Kane read the attorney general opion on the running at large
of dogs and animals in the Village of Golden alley
Mr. Lester Johnson asked the Council if the Village was going to
open Meddow Lane Ave north of sixth Ave No to its fill width.
Mr Frandsen,�he chairman of the Road Committee was instructed to
make an inspection of Meadow Lane Ave.
Mr. Lester Johnson asked the Council permition to shot Traps
until the l#nuary 1,1943.
Motion by Reiss seconded by Frandsen that Lester Johnson be giving
permission to sho6t traps until the first of the year. ,

Mr. Sweeney asked the Council to accept a road in his adition.
Motion by Reiss seconded by Busch that the Council make an inspection
of the road before accepting.
