Pursuant to due call and notice a special meeting was hold on Sept.

Minutes of the Special Council meeting held Sept. 19p1942 were read.
Motion by Reiss seconded by Frandsen that the minutes stand approved
as read.

A motion *as made by Frandsen seconded by Wilson :to appoint Willim
Carson to dill the unexpired term of Henry Halladay as Justice of
the Peace

A motion was made by Frands-n seconded by Busch to appoint Stanley
K&Ro acting incumbent to fill the post of Justice of the Peace held
by John Finn Jr; while the latter in in the armed forces,
