Motion by Frandean seconded by Reissto set the Village Levy at 12,000
to be proportioned as follews.3,300.00 to the Poor Account P64;800.00
to the Read and Bridge ftmA, $600.00 to the Police f d and 13,300.00
to the General fund and that the clerk forward this iA tion-te
the County auditor.

Motion by Busch seconded by Reiss to authorize the Village attorney
to sue Mr. Herman field, Mr. Fred Hay and anyone respendsable for the
encrouchment on Turners Crossroad and Edgwood Drive

Motion by Wilson seconded by Frandsen that the Election 'heard for
District One consist of Mrs Gee. Casey ,Clark and Judges Nels
Frandsen, firs Knutson, and Mrs Glervick. Mrs Wm Busch to serve as
alternate*
and that the Election board for district Two consist of Mrs Schonick
Clerk, and Judges Mrs Lynds, Mr. Dodge and Mre Kimble.

Motion by Reiss seconded by Frandsen that the clerk be authorized
to issue permits for the discharging of firearms within the Village
during Pheasant season. A fee of $.50 be charge for a permit, and
hunting be allowed only West of the Belt Line Hghway.
