11-16-42 Council MinutesNov. 16.1942 The meeting was called to order by the Chairman Raymond T.Raskolo Members present Raskop Frandsen Reiss Busch and Wilson Minutes of the Council meeting held Nov. 4,1942 were read. Motion by Reiss seconded by Busch that the minutes stand approved as read. Raskop, Frandsen "'eiss Busch Wilson (YES) A Treasuresr report was read and ordered placed on file. Officers Enghauser that the barracades on the roads into Delphian Heights were knock down. Mr. Frandsen , chairman of the road committee s reported that the Sweeney Read needed gravel; and recommended that the Council not approve the road until the gravel is placed.
