The meeting was called to order by the chairman Raymond T Raskop
Members present Raskop Frandsen Reiss Busch and Wilson

Motion by Reiss seconded by Frandsen that the minutes stand approved
as read.

A treasureres report was read and ordered placed on file.
The chairman asked the clerk to furnish a list of fire equipment to
installed on the fire Truck.
The Village attorney informed the Council that the Village had won the
Law suit of the Stattss Maddus)and Wilcox, and asked that the verdict
be placed on file and made a part of the minutes
The Village attorney recommended that that Council pay Mr. Reilly his
fee.
Mr. Frandsen ) chairman 66 the Road Committee, recommended that the
Council accept the Sweeney Road providing he furnish a Deed.
Motion by Frandsen seconded by Reiss

subject to his delivery of the Deed.
