The regular meeting of the Village Council Of the Village of
Golden Valley was called to order by the Chairman Raymond T Raskop.
Members present Raskop; Frandsen Reiss Busch and Wilson
Revs SDicerpminister of the Gol den Valle$ Methidlis Church, gave
the Invocation.
Minutes of the regular council meeting hold Dec)15;1942 were read.
Motion by Frandsen seconded by Busch that the minutes stand approval
as read.

Mr. Casey) Village Treasurer; read his annual report to the Council
Each of the members of the Council copaplaented Mr.,Casey on the very
fine annual report that he prepared.
Mr. Kane the Village attorney gave a report on the Victory tax
to be taken out ofthe Village emplyVess salaries.
A report from the Chairman of the Road Committee was ordered placed
on file.
A letter from the Golden Valley Planning Commission recommending
a certain number of streets in the Belmont & Winnetka addition and
the Golden Valley Garden Homes Addition was read.
Motion by Reiss seconded by Frandsen thAt 4;ao certain number of
Streets in the Belmont & Winnetka Addition and the Golden Valley
Gardens Homes Addition be renamed as recommended by the Planneing

The Chairman read a copy of a letter that he had written to the
