The regular Council meeting of the Village of Golden Valley was
called to order by huts Reiss, acting chairman.
Members present Frandsen Reiss Busch and Wilson
Mr. Stanley Dane waspresent at the Council meeting
Minutes of the Regular Council meeting held F*br. 2,1843 were read
Motion by Frandsen seconded by Busch that the minutes stand approved
as read.

A report read by the Tresurer ,Geo. Casey, was ordered placed on file
Motion by Busch seconded by Frandsen that tll licenses issued to Mr.
T.J.Woodfill be transferred to Mrs Elizabeth Woodfill.

Fire Chief Lovering gave a report on the fire Dept. meeting held
at the Village Hall Febr.15,1943.
Motion by Frandsen seconded by Busch that the purchase of the f$we
Truck be tabled until the next Council meeting.

Mr. Frandsen ,chairman of the Road Committee, reported that Mr.
Denzin was injured while working for the Village
The Clerk was instructed to nodify Mr Hensler about fir. Denzins
injurriss.
Mr. Kane reported that Judge Reed had denied a new triAl in the
Glen Urban Case.
Motion by Wilson seconded by Busch that no reductions be granted
on the G1enUrban Assements.
