The regular meoying of the Council of the Village of Golden Valley
was called to order by the Chairman Raymond T Raskop.
Members present Raskop Frandsen Reiss Busch and Wilson

Minutes of the Council meeting held March 16)1943 were read.
Motion by Busch seconded by Reiss that the minutes stand approved a a
read.

A police report -was giving by Captain Me Ginnis
A releif report was giving by Mr. Reiss.
An Air Raid letter was referred to the Bldg Committee and the Committee
was instructed to report back at the next Council meeting,
A road committee report was ordered placed on file.
Motion by Reiss seconded by Busch that soft drink licinces be 1tranted
to Rat Locketz and Max Fold,

Motion by Reiss seconded by Busch that an off sale 3.2 liscense be
granted to Max FIld.

to the Glenwood Hills Hospital

Motion by Frandsen seconded by Busch thatthe N.W.Bell-telephone Co be
granted a permit to lay cables as requested.

A pitition signed by tkaidents and property owners in the Village of
Bilden Valley asking the Council to transfer the on sale license of the
Turf Club to Mr; Peter Doran was presented to the Council.
Motion by Reiss seconded by Busch that the matter be tabled I kedate
of April 20,1943 be set for a public hearing and the Village ttorney
prepare a letter for the Clerk to send to Mr. Garvey.

A letter from Mr. W.A.Moes was referred to the Chairman of the road
Committee.
Mr. Schonick asked the Council to placed a culvert in front of his home
in Spring Green. His request was referred to the Road Committee
Motion by Bussh seconded by Frandsen to adjourn was so ordered.
