The regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of
Golden Valley was called to ordere by the Chairman Raymond T.ftskop

'Lotion by Busch seconded by Frandsen that the minutes stand approved
as read.

A report, read by the Treasurer, Geo. Casey) was ordered placed on file
A police report was given by Captain McGinnis
fFire Chief Lovering reported that the new Fire truck was function
perfectly.
Motion by Reiss seconded by Frandsen That the Fire Dept.and the Civel
ian Defence are authorized to make tests during the next Sezeweeks
of the suitability of the siren for purpose for what it want* have
been purchased and report the results of the test to the Cecil( all yeo
Mr. Olson reported on the newly organized Civilian Defence Council
A report from the Chairlan of the Road Committee was Dlaced onI file
The chairman read an application for transfer of the On sale Liquor
iscurd to Norman Garvey to Jack Radish
Motion by Reiss seconded by Frandsen that the matter be tabled until
the next regular Council meeting*
