Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley was held at
the Village Hall in said Village on the 4th day of June 1943 at 81oclock

The meeting was called to order by the Chairman Raymond T.Raskop

Lotion by Reiss seconded by Frandsen th at an off sale liquor license
be granted tsAmy Doran.

Motion by Reiss seconded by Busch that an off sale liquor license be
granted to C.C.Florida.
Raskop Frandsen Reiss Busch Wilson (YES)
Motion by Reiss seconded by Frandsen that an off sale liquor license
be granted to RAE Locketz,

Motion by Busch seconded by Reiss that the license transfered to
Jack Radisch not be issued until all claims of the Village agAinst
the Turf Club are paid and until further investigation of the
moral character and reputation of the transferee is completed,

Motion by Frandsen seconded by Reiss to adopt the following resolution.
Resolved by the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley;
It is hereby declared to be the policy of this council to demand
and require payment of the full annual license fee prior to th e
issuance of any license for any purpose whatsoever.
This n_olicy shall be impartially enforced and its intent and purpose
is to prevent the payment of license fees on a part time ,pro rata,
or installment basis.
This policy is to apply to all licenses to be issued under ordinances
whose provisions do not expressly give the prospective lince <ee the
absolute right to make payment of license fees on any other basis than
,that of full payment of the annual license fee.
