The regular meeting off. the Village Council was called to order
by the Chairman Raymond T.Raskop
members present Raskop Frandsen Reiss Busch and Milson
Mlinutes of the regular council meeting held July 20,1943 were read
Motion by Frandsen seconded by Busch that the minutes stand
approved as read.

on file.

audit by the State Auditor.

The chairman read a letter from the Bardwear Ifutual Ins. co. , dnd
referred it to the Village Attorney.
Fire Chief Lovering gave a report on the progress of the new
vol6teer Fire Dept.
�v-r. Reiss reported on the relief case of Mrs A.P.Juno.
The clerk read a letter from the property owners on Wayzata Blvd
in reEard to the nenumbering of there homes.
The chairman referred this letter to the Planning.Commission.
The chairman called for bids for the improvement and repair of
certain streets in the Glen Urban and Glen Urban 2nd Addition.
One bid was received from the Paul K.Enghauser Co. for.$4051.25
Nlotion by Reiss seconded by Frandsen that
the bid be tabled
until further council action.

A letter of resignation from Justice Kane
was read.
Motion by Reiss seconded by Frandsen that
the resignatinn of
Justice Kane as of Sept. 7th be accepted.

Motion by Frandsen seconded by Reiss that the Ewald Creamery
be granted a license to overate one mill truck the the Village.

granted to Mike Bogan I
Motion by Reiss seconded by Busch that a soft drink license
be granted to Mie Bogan
