The special meeting of the Village Council was called to order
by the Chairman Raymond T.Raskop.
members vresent Raskop Frands n Reiss Busch Nilson
The chairman stated that the Dur pose of the meeting was to
hear Mr. Doran Detition the Council for transfers of his licenses
Two anDlieations were filed with the Clerk.One from Thomas and
Clifford Skelly the other from Harold E.Lynch and E.R.Schultz.
Mr. Malberg attorney representing the Skelly's stated that fir.
Doran sold to both parties on conditions that the Council deside
which party should have the transferred licenses.
A letter from the license Committee was read.
A first reading was given and a motion was made by z iess seconded
Busch that the Ordinance entitledAn ordinance setting requirements
for the issuance and Transfer of licenses for the sale of non
intoxicating malt liouors and beverages and amending ordinance
number 29 is hereby repealed.

of Pete Doran and the off sale Licuor license of Amy Doran
be transfered to Harold E Lynch and E.R. Schultz be it further
resolved t!Ai the application be granted subject to the publication
of the repealing ordinance and proper action of the ouneil
following that publication. Voting on this motion toobeby
secret ballot.

Beverages and Amending Ordi-
nance No. 29, pasused June 15,
1943, is hereby repealed.
