The regular meeting of the Village Council was called to order by
the Chairman Raymond T Raskop
Memebers present Raskop Frandsen Reiss Busch and Filson
Minutes of the regular meeVing held Sept. 7,1963 were read.
Motion by Reiss seconded by Busch that the minutes stand approved
as read and Mr. Frandsen be recordered as voting yes on the minutes

The minutes of the special meeting heldSept 14,1943 weree read.
The Village attorney asked that the minutes show that he advertise
in the Finance and Commerce paper.
Motion by Reiss seconded by Busch that the -Minutes stand approved
as read and corrected.

A report read by the treasurer, Geo Casey, was otdered placed on
file.
The chairman read a letter from the Planning ComzUssionin regard
to a road into the 'shite property.
The chairman tabled the road matter until after the interested
parties had their joint meeting.
4 letter from Hichcock& Iffsterbrook Inc. was read by the clerk.
The attorney was instructed to advertise for new insuatnce bids in
the Finance and Commerce raper.
The attorney read an anion from attorney Bloomquest in regard to
the insuance of an off sale liquor license the Schultz Lynch Inc.
`Motion by Frandsen seconded by Reiss that the clerk be instructed t
write Mr. C.C.Florida in regard to his off sale liquor license.
